I’d rather been tortured than do the fat fast, but it DOES work. Like you, about 5 lbs came off and less than two came back on. My big thing is that most fat fast “meals” use foods that make no sense together…avocados, peanut butter and macadamias. Yuck! I’d LOVE to have one or two palatable meals totaling 1000 c. that I can divide up in a day. I’ve never seen it though.
