Preparation Method
- 8 ounces Ricotta cheese
- 3 meatballs — chopped small or any other meat cooked in your sauce.
- 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper — to taste
Fold meat into ricotta cheese and top with spaghetti sauce. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, just to warm. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
This is just as satisfying as lasagna with the noodles, but much better for you.
