Preparation Method
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 4 ounces cottage cheese — small curd
- 1 large egg 1/4 cup onion — chopped
- 2 stalks celery — chopped
- 1/2 can tomatoes — chopped
- (7 ounce) 1/4 cup bell pepper — chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach — cooked & shredded
- salt — to taste
- pepper — to taste
- garlic powder — to taste
Mix all the ingredients in large bowl. Form into a loaf and place into a loaf pan or into a baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
