Preparation Method

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 4 ounces cottage cheese — small curd
  • 1 large egg 1/4 cup onion — chopped
  • 2 stalks celery — chopped
  • 1/2 can tomatoes — chopped
  • (7 ounce) 1/4 cup bell pepper — chopped
  • 1/2 cup spinach — cooked & shredded
  • salt — to taste
  • pepper — to taste
  • garlic powder — to taste

Mix all the ingredients in large bowl. Form into a loaf and place into a loaf pan or into a baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.

Serves 4 @ (Nutritional analysis does not include the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.)
