My favorite flavor of the Think Thin Crunch bars – White Chocolate Dipped Mixed Nuts. This bar is not the lowest in sugar or lowest in carbs, but definitely less sweet than the other Mixed Nuts bars. A healthier choice for someone in their maintenance phase of their low carb lifestyle but not recommended for induction or ongoing weight loss. I loved the great nutty flavor and the sweet but not too sweet white chocolate coating. This smaller bar (1.41 oz.) has 10g of protein, 4g of fiber, but 3g of sugar (from brown rice syrup and honey and other ingredients). This gluten free bar has less sugar than most regular fruit and nut protein bars but not like what we are used to in a “typical” lower carb protein bar. I definitely enjoyed the mix of peanuts, almonds, and cashews but the brown rice syrup and other sugars made it too sweet for how I live the low carb lifestyle.
