Preparation Method
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 medium onion — diced
- 3/4 cup Gouda cheese — smoked, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley — chopped
- dash white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Spray a pie pan or quiche dish with nonstick spray.
Preheat oven to 375. Melt the butter in a small skillet. Add the onions and cook until just soft. Set.
