Trim the cauliflower and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces. Place the cauliflower pieces in a colander and rinse well until clean. Put the rinsed pieces into a microwave bowl with a lid. Do not add extra water. Cover and microwave on high until the cauliflower is tender, about 7 to 8 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower and the entire jar of Ragu Double Cheddar Sauce. Toss to coat the cauliflower thoroughly with the sauce.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole, and bake at 350 degrees until everything is heated through and the top begins to brown.
