PSYLLIUM HUSKS POWDER
Provides the highest cleansing activity of all fibers. Psyllium Husks formulations help to promote regularity, lower cholesterol and are 4-8 times stronger than oat bran.

Suggested Usage:
ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12: 1 rounded teaspoon, one to three times a day. CHILDREN 6-12: 1/2 to 1 level teaspoon, one to three times a day. See Directions.
