  • Normal/Combination Skin
  • Removes Pore Clogging Residue
  • Paraben and Gluten Free

Condition: Normal to combination skin types vulnerable to environmental elements and free radical damage, causing dull, dry, and unhealthy looking skin.

Green Tea & Pomegranate Purifying Toner removes excess residue, leaving skin fresh and revitalized. Green Tea and Pomegranate, along with extracts of Witch Hazel, Rosemary and Nettle, serve as non-abrasive, natural astringents that help remove residue and pore-clogging skin cells that a cleanser may leave behind. Botanical extracts of Arnica, Aloe, and Cucumber in combination with natural Vitamin E balance the skin’s natural tone, and maintain a healthy balance of oil and water in the skin.

Suggested Use: After cleansing your face, apply a liberal amount of toner to a cotton ball and swab over the face and neck, avoiding sensitive areas. Oily skin types may use 1-2 times a day. All other skin types are recommended to use once daily.

CarbSmart Podcast Episode 23: Refusing Holiday Food and Staying Low-Carb can be tough at first but you can do it to avoid the Food Pushers. The holidays are straight ahead, and with them piles and piles of carby junk, and worse, people nagging you to eat the stuff. Why so many people think that saying things like "But you have to eat it! It's traditional!" and "I worked all afternoon making it just for you" constitutes an expression of holiday goodwill, I have no idea, but sadly this behavior is all too common. You need to think ahead about how to respond to this sort of thing.
