MHP – Maximum Human Performance is the creation of former top-level bodybuilder Gerard Dente. When he was competing, Gerard constantly researched the best training techniques, diet strategies and other performance enhancement methods needed to gain a competitive edge. He was convinced that athletes deserved better and decided to take some action by founding MHP.
