Low-Carb Gluten-Free Garlic Herb Marinade

Preparation Method
¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
Directions: Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork making sure to coat each side. You can also let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before cooking.
