Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 whole lemons juice
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork making sure to coat each side.
- You can also let meat marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before cooking.
