Tzatziki is generally served as a cold appetizer or a side dish.

Ingredients
- 8 oz full fat plain yogurt or full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 small cucumber – peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon mint
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well, chill for 30 minutes prior to serving.
