Prepare the Low-Carb Gluten-Free Spicy Vegetable Dip either early in the morning or up to 24 hours in advance. Put the dip in the container you are going to use on the table, cover it tightly, and put it in the refrigerator until it is time to serve the meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir with a fork to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Cover tightly and chill for several hours before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled and will last for up to a week if kept covered in the refrigerator.
