- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas and pat dry.
- Heat the olive oil and deep-fry the chickpeas in small batches at 375° until crisp and golden; Usually 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and toss with seasonings.
