Herbs De Provence is a classic blend of fragrant herbs is reminiscent of the south of France. It is a wonderful Low-Carb Gluten-Free choice to season chicken, vegetables, beef, and stews. Low-Carb Herbs de Provence seasoning can be added to foods before or during cooking or mixed with cooking oil prior to cooking to infuse the flavor into the cooked food. They are usually never added after cooking is complete.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons marjoram, dried
  • 3 tablespoons thyme, dried
  • 3 tablespoons savory, dried
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Spoon into small jars and store in a cool, dry place.
