Low-Carb Green Bean Alfredo Casserole Recipe
This is very similar to the traditional green bean casserole that uses canned cream of mushroom soup.

- 2 cans French cut green beans (You may substitute frozen green beans if you prefer them.)
- 1 15–ounce jar Alfredo Sauce With Mushrooms
- 1 4–ounce can mushrooms
- 1/3 cup Bacon’s Heir Pork Panko pork rind crumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced dried onions
- shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the green beans, Alfredo sauce, and mushrooms thoroughly. Pour into a casserole or baking dish.
- Top with the crushed pork rinds, minced onions, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 ° F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the casserole is hot, bubbly, and lightly browned.
