Ingredients
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and chill.
Notes
Sometimes I make these with drumsticks instead of wings and serve them as a main course. They can also be coated with oil and baked in the oven at 400º F for 45 minutes to an hour or until brown. Turn after first 20 minutes.
