Hey gang! – Since we are talking about Ketosis, I thought I’d give you some awesome high-fat recipes. After all, getting a high percentage of calories from fat is what gets and keeps us in ketosis.

The best part is, it also makes for incredibly tasty recipes! Remember rice cakes? Baked potatoes with no butter or sour cream? Salad with a little squeeze of lemon, but no oil? Miserable, wasn’t it?

Not here!

Have a nice seared rib eye slathered with gorgonzola butter with a side of sautéed asparagus. Then try to feel sorry for yourself.

Just try.

And those Coconut Scotchies — chewy, buttery, coconut-y cookie bars? Not only do they make a great dessert, but you can actually use them as a Fat Fast food.

Amazing.
