Dana Carpender has been a friend of CarbSmart and a personal friend of Andrew for over 10 years now. We sold her first book How I Gave Up My Low Fat Diet and Lost 40 Pounds when it was self-published and we have sold all her cookbooks over the years. When CarbSmart had retail stores in Huntington Beach, CA and Reno, NV, she visited them and held seminars and signed her books for her many fans. Dana and Andrew have been on panels at industry conferences together over the years and continue to discuss the needs of the low carb dieter and diabetics. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll have some great news about Dana and some projects we are working together on.
