Dana Carpender’s Vitamin Regimen

Dana Carpender, Managing Editor of CarbSmart.comDana Carpender has been living the low carb lifestyle longer than almost anyone I know. Living low carb means many things to many people. For some it is a way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. For others it also includes adding an exercise program, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol and in general living a better life.

Dana’s daily supplements and vitamins include Vitamin C, Chelated calcium/magnesium, Niacin, Fish Oil, MSM, DHEA, Garlic, and Cinnamon extract.

No matter what diet plan we choose, we will not always get all of the vitamins and minerals we need. And of course, what is needed for me is not necessarily needed for you so the vitamins and supplements you choose should be tailored to your needs.
