Ingredients
- 6 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia powder extract
- 1 cup water
- 1 large Brie wheel
- 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add cranberries and boil for 10 minutes or until cranberries “pop.” Mix in stevia and set aside.
- Add butter and walnuts to sauté pan and toast until lightly browned.
- On a parchment covered baking sheet, arrange brie wheel in center. Pour cranberries over top, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until warmed and soft.
Notes
Variations
½ cup Swerve granular sweetener can be used in place of stevia.
Add orange juice and rind but expect an increased carb count.
