Here’s a recipe for low carb, high protein, grain-free hot cereal. You can make up the dry mixture in quantity and store in a snap-top container in the fridge. Then all you need to do is put 1/3 cup of the dry mix in a bowl, add the almond meal and water, and stir it up. Fast, filling, and comforting on a gloomy winter morning.
