In 1881 Valeriano Lopez Lloret founded the small family business, Chocolates Valor, to reveal to the world the excellence of his exquisite art, produced with the very purest raw materials, specially selected from the world’s best harvests, and by a unique, traditional method which soon made history and became a noble tradition to be followed by generation after generation. In 2000 the Sugar-Free range of chocolate were launched after three years of in-depth research, resulting in a “bouquet” identical to the taste obtained with traditional formula.
