With only 4 ingredients, Chicken Oregano is super easy to prepare and is perfect for those nights when time is limited. You can easily get it ready the night before and cook it the next night when you get home. Not only is it simple to prepare, but it is absolutely delicious. When I have leftovers, I like to cut it up and add it to a salad for lunch the next day.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup grass-fed butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Combine the oregano, garlic salt, and butter. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  4. Remove the covering from the baking dish and bake the chicken uncovered for 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
  5. Serve immediately.
