I would like to know if you can still lose weight and not be in ketosis? I think i have a high resistance. What can i do to help it along? I have lost 8 pounds in one month.
I have been following Low Carb lifestyle since July 2012,I went from 149 lbs. to 128 lbs. I have been using the low carb tortillas once in a while for a sandwich and Dreamfield Pasta,I am wanting to know if these are ok for me to eat and are they really low carb?
Dreamfield pasta is pretty much a scam. Low carb tortillas are fine once and a while, but if you’re plateaued, try removing those from your diet.
