Low-Carb Cranberry Sauce A La Magic Recipe

  1. In a saucepan, cook the cranberries in about ¼ cup of water until they pop.
  2. Lightly mash them with the back of a wooden spoon or with a potato masher.
  3. Add the stevia or other sweetener and the orange extract.
  4. Make the gelatin according to the package directions, but with just one cup of boiling water and 3/4 cup of cold water.
  5. Stir the prepared gelatin into the cooked cranberry pulp and chill until set.
  6. Makes 1 pint.
